    Wrong section...Go to the Report a Scammer section towards the bottom of the webpage and post your proof there.

    Also, if it was your account originally, it should be very easy for you to just recover it from him.

    If it's not your account and you're not the original owner you're basically fucked, he has all the necessary information to complete a recovery test.
