Eldorado.gg is actively endorsing scams - fraudulent users can scam $100's or $1000's in minutes using the site's weird way of operating trades.

I am reaching out regarding the permanent suspension of my Eldorado seller account and respectfully asking if my case can receive one final manual review.

I have put a significant amount of time and effort into building my seller account on Eldorado. Before the suspension, I had completed approximately 750 orders with 100% positive feedback, and at the time my account was suspended I still had 6 active orders.

My suspension happened around the same time my seller verification was closed. I received the notification:

“Your seller verification was closed.”

My account was then permanently suspended with the only reason displayed as:

“Your account is permanently suspended due to an internal decision.”

I submitted the one Ban Appeal available to me. Unfortunately, my appeal was denied. I was told that something unusual had been identified as part of the security process, but I was not provided with a specific reason or told what I could do to clarify the concern.

I understand and respect that Eldorado may not be able to disclose details about its internal security systems. I am also not trying to bypass the appeal process or submit another appeal.

Considering my history of approximately 750 completed orders, 100% positive feedback, and 6 active orders at the time of suspension, I am simply asking whether a senior member of the appropriate team could manually review my account and the circumstances surrounding the suspension one more time.

I am fully willing to complete another identity verification, video verification, proof of account ownership, or provide any additional documentation required.

I genuinely valued my seller account and the reputation I built on Eldorado, and I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to resolve whatever concern may have occurred.

I can provide my Eldorado username, Order ID and any other account information privately through DM.
