My 3 years as a ChicksGold account supplier — 500+ accounts delivered, and what I'd tell others

Long post, but if you supply accounts to any large site, the last section is the part worth your time.

I supplied OSRS accounts to ChicksGold from October 2023 to August 2026. Over 500 accounts across three years. I'm not posting a scam report — nobody ran off with my money, and I'm not accusing anyone of theft. This is a documented account of how the supplier side of that relationship actually worked, because when I started I couldn't find a single post like this from anyone.

Every quote below is from their staff, in their own Discord channel, with the date attached. Full screenshot evidence is posted in the reply below.

    ---

    THE TERMS

August 21, 2025, from their accounts manager:

That's the model: after-sales payment. You deliver, they list, you get paid when it sells. I built my production around that 1-4 week figure. As of today I have accounts that have been listed for six months.

    ---

    ISSUE 1 — WITHDRAWALS

Not a recent thing. It goes back two years:

    - Nov 12, 2024 — asked to expedite a pending withdrawal. Staff: *"we're waiting for the refill, as soon as we have something, I will send it to you"*
    - Feb 6, 2025 — same. Staff: *"we are sorry for the delay but we are currently awaiting funds to send the pending withdrawals. As soon as we have funds I will try to send yours first"*
    - May 30, 2025 — new payout system introduced: 1-7 day hold plus fees ($2 + 4%). Previously same-day and free.
    - Feb 2026 — withdrawal pending 11 days, past their own stated window.
    - Apr 2026 — three expedite requests in nine days.
    - Aug 4, 2026 — Order 1275628, $159. Stated processing time 7 days. Still pending on day 9 as I write this.

Read those two staff quotes again. *"Waiting for the refill."* *"Awaiting funds to send the pending withdrawals."*

    ---

ISSUE 2 — SOLD ACCOUNTS THAT WEREN'T CREDITED

This is the one that matters most, because it only works if nobody's watching.

Feb 17, 2026 — I raised it: *"funds for sold accounts are not being credited. Why?"*

May 10, 2026 — I compared a CSV they sent me against my own records and found five delivered accounts missing entirely from their system:

    CG64546-OS105 skiller70s $75
    CG64546-OS107 sotegauntlet $75
    CG64546-OS252 80melee $16
    CG64546-OS342 ds2 $65
    CG64546-OS343 ds2 $65
    Total missing: $296

One of them, OS342, had been confirmed to me as "Not Sold" — and sold the next day.

Then it kept happening. Five more sold without being credited. Every single one caught by me checking the hiscores manually. Not one self-reported:

    OS181 mith407070 $19 — credited Jul 7, after I reported it
    OS183 mith407070 $19 — credited Jul 7, after I reported it
    OS105 skiller70s $75 — credited Jul 9, after I reported it
    OS177 skiller70s $75 — credited Aug 3, after I reported it
    OS188 40808099 $50 — sold Aug 4, still uncredited today

And I'd flagged this exact risk five months earlier. In March 2026 I asked for a dashboard so I could see when accounts sold instead of checking each character in-game by hand. I was told the automated marketplace was "in progress for deployment soon." Five months later it doesn't exist, and manual checking is the only reason I caught any of the above.

    ---

ISSUE 3 — A SETTLEMENT TERM THAT NEVER HAPPENED

By May 2026 my stock had sat long enough to freeze my cash flow completely. I raised a formal dispute and said I wanted out. Their first response was to delist my accounts and hand them back — which isn't a solution, because these builds were made to their platform's specs for their customers.

Management then offered, May 8, 2026:

I accepted on both parts. The $309.50 was paid. The campaign was promised four times:

May 8 — as a term of the settlement
May 26 — "after our upcoming flash sale, expect it after this week or weekend"
Jun 8 — "the flash sale ended this weekend, so we should start this new this week"
Jul 6 — "We'll launch 20% off again this next weekend" (Jul 11-12)

It's now August 13 — 97 days. My stock moves at the same rate it did before any campaign was mentioned: roughly one account every few days, indistinguishable from organic sales.

    ---

ISSUE 4 — FOUR SETTLEMENT REQUESTS, THEN SILENCE

    1. Jun 11 — partial buyout after a ban wave wiped my production. Refused: *"the previous buyout was a gesture of goodwill."*
    2. Jul 2 — asked again. Refused.
    3. Jul 6 — *"we cannot approve a full buyout of the stock at this time."*
    4. Jul 17 — I offered all 21 remaining accounts ($1,408 value) for $1,000 flat, one payment, 29% off. Refused: *"appreciate your offer, unfortunately, we cannot do that atm."*

Jul 18 I sent one message asking a single direct question: is the campaign actually happening for my accounts? No reply at all.

Aug 3 I sent a final message ending the partnership and asking them to take the remaining stock in one settlement — the same thing management had agreed to in principle in May. Their response that night: three sales credited ($159), and no answer to the request. Ten days later, still nothing.

    ---

A NOTE ON TRACKING BY ID

Something any supplier here can use. Every account they list carries a sequential supplier ID (mine are all CG64546-OSxxx). The numbers rise in the order stock enters their system, so the ID tells you which account was listed first. They're also indexed publicly — search one on Google and you'll find it, including on the third-party marketplaces they relist to.

So if my #1001 (80melee) is still sitting there while #1010 — same build, added after mine — has already sold and vanished, that ordering is visible to anyone who looks. Over months of watching, I've seen that pattern repeatedly. Check your own IDs and see what you find.

    ---

    WHAT THIS COST ME

In June a Jagex ban wave destroyed a batch I had in production. I reinvested everything into gold to rebuild and lost that too, because the gold market was compromised. That's my risk and I own it.

What I couldn't absorb was that roughly $1,400 of my working capital was locked in their stock the whole time. I had a live $420/month supply contract with their own gold farming team that I had to pause and then cancel — because I had no capital to produce with. Their internal team lost a supplier because their accounts team wouldn't release my money.

    ---

    WHAT I'D TELL ANOTHER SUPPLIER

This applies to any large site running an after-sales model, not just this one:

    1. Keep your own database. IDs, delivery dates, character names, prices. Check the hiscores yourself on a schedule. Five of my sales were only credited because I caught them. If you're not tracking, you're trusting.

    2. Assume "1 to 4 weeks" means months. Never leave more capital in their stock than you can afford to lose access to for six months. That single miscalculation is what broke my operation.

    3. Get everything in the channel, not DMs. Every quote in this post exists because it was written somewhere I could screenshot. If a promise is made in a DM or a call, restate it in the channel and get confirmation.

    4. Don't build custom stock for one platform. When I raised a dispute, their answer was to hand back accounts built to their own specs. Generic builds you can sell anywhere protect you. Custom builds trap you.

    5. Withdraw the moment you have a balance. Don't let it accumulate. Fees are cheaper than exposure.

    ---

    TO BE FAIR

They have thousands of positive reviews and nearly all of them are from buyers — fast delivery, good support. I have no reason to doubt that. The buyer experience and the supplier experience are two different businesses.

I delivered 500+ accounts over three years. I never missed a delivery, always replaced banned accounts, and never raised a dispute that wasn't documented. I'm not asking for anything beyond what their own management already agreed to in May: take back the remaining stock in one settlement so this closes properly.

If anyone from ChicksGold wants to respond here, every quote above is theirs with a date on it and I have the screenshots. If any of it is inaccurate, correct it and I'll amend this post publicly.

Outstanding as of Aug 13, 2026: withdrawal Order 1275628 ($159, day 9), OS188 ($50, uncredited), and 17 accounts still in stock.

Pretty interesting. I have a team of workers who makes accounts from scratch for me. I always pay 3-5 days after completion unless away on vacation, to which I then pay when I'm back. This just gives me time to confirm it's actually done as described. Anything further than that or any other terms seem a bit odd to me.
