Recruiting for a new rs clan

Hey basicly I want to create a new rs clan with preferably lv 100+.
Our time zone will be est and we will do various PvM and PvP activities.
List of requirements and what we're going to be doing:
1. GWD
2. Luring
3. Smiting 1-itemer
4. We will be using skype and other communications.
5. Hybriding
6. Must have 5mil+
7. Must be sociable
8. Must be friendly
9. Must be trustworthy
