    Need Paypal Help (important)

    Recently been in a dispute with this Sythe member http://sythe.org/member.php?u=318322 he is banned now. The reason is i went first to him in trade for 175m for $86 via paypal but he did not deliver the gp. Once he received the money he deleted me from msn so i filed a dispute. What are the chances of me winning the dispute? i have screen shots of all chat logs etc. I logged onto Paypal to see that he commented

    6/11/2011 09:13 GMT+13:00 - Seller: This purchase was made for virtual goods. I delivered the goods and now he's disputing. This is not fair to me.

    I am really concerned because it seems like he is doing something to get my money. I would really like it back because he did not deliver anything to me. Please comment on what you think this is urgent..

    Since a dispute is filed, it will eventually escalate. Organize every single piece of evidence you have of the trade and Zip it up. When it is escalated, you will have to write some final notes before it's looked at by their escalation team. Mention that you'll send them all the evidence of the trade, then send it to Paypal's support email including the transaction number. This is coming from first-hand experience.Trust me, it is 10x better to call Paypal and talk about the situation here (don't be specific, like "runescape gold", just say "online game currency"). It definitely helped me out when there was a dispute filed against me.
