    Cannot make an account, because of IP address
    I cannot make an account because an account has already been made with this IP address?

    I am using wifi at my college. how can i make an account?

    We have the filter to reduce spambots, and unfortunately there is no way around it. Find a proxy, a new location, or something to change your IP. Once you register you should have no problems logging in from your college.
