Kubeti scam attempt

This person tried to scam me for a MW2 Steam key.

I asked him to go first with the payment, because I had vouches and he didn't he denied and said he would pay after I have given him the key.

He claims he is PayPal verified, but he is not.

The facts are, he lied about being verified. He also tried to scam me, by telling me to go first.

That is from PayPal's website, they offer a service to check if the buyer is verified or not.
