Scammed by player

i recently when to buy some rs gold from a member known as Bass Swagg, whom i see is now banned, but i still havent received my gold and it cost my $25, i would like to speak with someone about this?

It's at your own risk, the only thing that you can do is get them banned.

Some people try to contact their parents about it, perhaps you have his email / name / location from paypal.
