Dragon Speech Recognition

I am a writer and an artist in my spare time, and I was looking into getting this software but the reviews seem really mixed. I think it would help my work flow and when I start blogging I think it may help me by getting things done quicker. I am an efficient typist but when you are talking about doing novels and things it gets a bit monotonous. Has anyone used this software and can give me a full review?
