    This is a real rip off. Pay by wins? How stupid is that. You could keep winning and losing back and forth and we get no gain at all.

    Well, As I posted above. If I lose in NORMAL then you don't lose one of the wins. Simplifying it for you...If i lose after winning one you still have 9 wins left. Basically u just got 50 IP for nothing. That bad to you? What could be wrong with that? Winning EVERY single league game isnt humanly possible. Just saying ><

    Basically he's like an EXP/IP boost. if you Win, it decreases by one. if you LOSE then it stays the same :)
