Scammed by Bleik [n4n0]

I bought this Steam account for 9$ of Bleik. However he didn't mention in his thread that the Steam account was VAC banned, and now he edited his thread saying it was VAC banned. He didn't mention it to me neither in the thread when I bought it.

Look last time he edited -
I bought it at 13th November, not yesterday so obviously he edited it to set in it was VAC banned.

Proof of account is VAC banned -

The MM was Failedpure and can verify that the accounts username is Hanmarco - http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=9983114&postcount=160

If the user agree's to refund me I'm fine with that.

 

Contact the MM and see if he has logs of the conversation taking please please. Would like to try and piece this together as best as possible before making a definite decision here.

Sorry I forgot about this, have been preoccupied... I've looked it over and considered the proof and I really can't find there being enough proof to support a ban on him. I am going to request a TWC though because it does seem a little suspicious, and he also didn't even screenshot the VAC Status. Seems like he was trying to keep it hidden.
