    Selling Two Target prepaid Visa's (Less than $1 on them)
    Title mostly says all.

    Selling these 2 prepaid visas so you can verify your paypal, add it to your moneybookers account, etc.

    They both have less than $2 so just shoot an offer.

    I will accept paypal, or rsgp.

    When you say verify paypal, does that mean I dont need a bank account or anything and can still recieve money on paypal?

    You can already "recieve" money via paypal when you set up your account.
    When you add a card you can "SEND" money up to $2000 limit. (No that does not mean you get free money) Just means you are now enabled to send and recieve cash.
    edit: when you add a credit card it also confirms your address
