:: Introducing rs2b0t :: 2004scape’s first botting community ::

Hey y'all.

I've been quietly building something for a while and it's finally in good enough shape to put in front of you. It's called rs2b0t, and it's a full botting platform for 2004scape.

Botting is part of the nostalgia I have of playing the game, so it only seems apropos that a nostalgia server has a botting community.

The project is open source. The client is already hosted. There are also options to run locally. More information to follow.

What's in the box
There are 30-something ready-to-run scripts in the library right now. Pick one, set a couple of parameters, hit Run:
- ⚔️ Combat — Rock Crabs, Moss Giants, Green Dragons, Chaos Druids, Chickens, Cows, etc.
- ️ Thieving — Ardougne market pickpocketing (Guards up to Heroes), the Baker's-stall cake thiever
- Skilling — Woodcutting, Mining, Rune Essence runs, Fishing, Cooking, Smelting, Smithing, Fletching, Flax picking, etc.
- Money-making — shop-run supply loops and single-shop buyouts on a gp budget.
- Utility — a world-walker

All the gathering and combat bots find the nearest bank on their own, dig themselves out of doors and gates when they get stuck, feed themselves, and handle random events. I've spent an embarrassing amount of time on the "doesn't get wedged on a doorway" part specifically.

Quests
The AIO Quester queues quests up, provisions its own items bank-first (pulls runes, food, tools, coins — buys or gathers whatever the bank's missing), and runs each one to completion.

13 are done so far: Cook's Assistant, Doric's,Sheep Shearer, Romeo & Juliet, Restless Ghost, Goblin Diplomacy, Prince Ali, Demon Slayer, Witch's House, Priest in Peril, Rune Mysteries, Merlin's Crystal, and and Waterfall. I'm adding more as I go.

Treasure Trails
This one I'm genuinely proud of.

Hand a bot a clue and it just… does it — all 122 easy and medium clues.

Maps, riddles, anagrams, coordinate/sextant digs.

It banks your stuff, goes and gets the tools it needs (spade, and the sextant/watch/chart NPC chain), walks the whole trail — ships to Karamja and Brimhaven, cave systems, agility shortcuts, the lot — talks the right NPC, digs or searches, and opens the casket.

And a few of the other bots will solve clues they stumble on mid-grind: the guard fighters and cake thiever drop what they're doing to finish a clue that lands in the pack, then go back to work.

There's a built-in MultiBox controller for running a grid of accounts in one window — a field of crabs, a market full of thieves, a fleet of questers, whatever you want, all side by side.

Write your own — seriously, please do
The whole thing runs on a typed TypeScript API (@rs2b0t/api): game state, entity queries, inventory/bank/shop, skills,
dialogs, world-walking, events. There are base), a priority TaskBot, plus an onPaint overlay if you want a live HUD. The part I most want you to try: you can keep your bot in your
own repo and load it by URL — no fork, no PR, build something good, share it back and I'll help however I can.

Botting a RSPS with a staff that, although volunteer, has "insane hyper focus" would be a mistake.

You'll get banned even without being detected.
