Explanation of the trade:
I was working for Bakkar Services and provided a $250 USD worker's deposit as security. Yesterday, Bakkar unfairly banned me from his server and confiscated my entire deposit based on completely fabricated allegations. He claims that I was attempting to trade with a client named "Rubeno" via Direct Messages (DM), which is absolutely false.

How they scammed:
Bakkar has confiscated my $250 USD deposit without providing any concrete evidence, uncropped screenshots, or valid Discord message IDs to back up his claims. He is using these baseless accusations as an excuse to steal my funds. My Discord ID is 697676086951280690. Since it is impossible to take a screenshot of a conversation that never happened, I am fully willing to share my screen live via Discord with any Sythe staff member to verify my direct message history and search logs. I respectfully request the Sythe moderation team to force Bakkar to provide definitive, verifiable proof linked to my Discord ID, or otherwise compel him to refund my full deposit and lift any restrictions on my profile.

Good morning! I'm currently preparing a detailed response that covers the entire situation, including how it started, how it developed, how it concluded, and the reasoning behind each action.

We had an order in progress, and Bill was assigned as the worker.

After a few days, the client requested to cancel the order, providing several reasons for doing so. Based on the evidence available, I highly doubt these reasons were genuine and believe they were most likely used as an excuse to cancel the order.

Regardless of my personal opinion regarding the client's claims, I respected the client's decision and proceeded to cancel the order.

Several days later, our live updater detected the same client's RSN. Upon reviewing the raid, we discovered that Bill was logged into the client's account.

Evidence Supporting That It Was Bill on the Account

1. Multiple screenshots show Bill's personal RuneScape account appearing alongside the client's account in the same megascale raid on numerous occasions.

2. While Bill was completing megascale raids for another client, we repeatedly observed the original client's account participating in those same raids. This occurred on multiple occasions, indicating that the client's account continued to be logged in by Bill.

3. I had previously joined Bill's private Discord server. There, I found a screenshot posted by Bill showing his personal RuneScape account participating in a megascale raid, with the client's account also present in the same raid. This independently matched what we had already observed through our live updater and the other screenshots.

Based on the above evidence, I concluded that Bill continued accessing the client's account after the order had been canceled.

Before taking any action, we wanted to hear Bill's response and give him an opportunity to explain his side.

Bill responded with the following statements:

• "i never have dealing outside of ticket, i never even respond to him i just add because he told me to."

• "ay He didn’t cancel cos of me. He cancelled lose me money and you money. I didn’t work direct?? Why would you think that"

Despite making these statements, Bill also claimed that all of our evidence was completely fake without first reviewing any of it or asking to see it before reaching that conclusion.

Therefore, we had no choice but to fully deduct Bill's deposit. Our decision was based on his violation of our Terms of Service, which resulted in a high-value order being canceled. Additionally, he added the client on Discord, which is against our rules regarding direct contact with clients.

After that, Bill changed his explanation and claimed that everything had taken place while working for another service provider. This contradicted his earlier statement:

"I never had any dealings with the client outside of the ticket. I never even responded to him directly; I only added him because he told me to."

His later explanation was inconsistent with his initial response. He first denied having any dealings with the client outside of the ticket, but later acknowledged interactions that he claimed had occurred while working for another provider.

Despite Bill's new claim, we still gave him the opportunity to support it with evidence rather than dismissing it outright.

To verify his statement, we took the following steps:

• We asked Bill to provide evidence supporting his claim, including transcripts of the tickets from the other service provider.
  
  
• We reviewed the other provider's completed orders but were unable to find any completed orders posted by Bill that matched his claim.
  
  
• I personally sent a friend request to the other provider and attempted to contact him directly to verify whether Bill's new claim was true. At the time of writing this report, I have not yet received a response.

 

Bill has claimed that I fabricated these allegations in an attempt to keep his deposit. This is incorrect. The decision to deduct his deposit was based solely on the evidence gathered and his violation of our Terms of Service.

Additionally, Bill has claimed that he was banned from the server. This is also incorrect. He was never banned. He was temporarily timed out due to his language and behavior, after which I moved the discussion to direct messages to handle the matter privately.

 

Some RuneScape names (RSNs) have been redacted in the attached screenshots to protect the privacy of unrelated players and clients. The redactions do not alter the relevant evidence. If a Sythe moderator requires the original, uncensored screenshots for verification, I am willing to provide them privately upon request.

Discord messages can be easily deleted or presented without their full context. For that reason, I requested supporting documentation rather than relying solely on screenshots or conversations between Bill and the client.

I also find it noteworthy that you joined the other provider's server on 2 May, which is almost the same date that the order was canceled. While this does not prove anything on its own, the timing is consistent with the overall timeline and is relevant to the sequence of events.

 

Client's explicit statement and legitimate assignment: As shown in the attached screenshots, the client explicitly admits himself that he opened a new ticket on another service server after canceling with Bakkar. I did not solicit or contact the client directly; I simply completed the work assigned to me on that other platform. Fulfilling a job assigned through a third-party server is not off-ticket dealing or poaching.

Factual errors and irrelevant evidence in Bakkar's claims: Bakkar claims I joined the other server on "May 2" to fabricate a matching timeline, but his own screenshot clearly displays March 2, 2026 (Mar 2, 2026). Furthermore, searching #completed-jobs on an external server for the keyword "bill" carries no evidentiary weight and does not prove direct communication or off-ticket dealing.

Failure to provide direct proof: @Kanye specifically requested direct, verifiable evidence rather than assumptions. Bakkar has not provided a single Discord Message ID, uncropped DM screenshot, or direct payment receipt between the client and me.

Unjustified Deposit Retention Based on Unilateral Conjecture: While worker Terms of Service outline deposit retention policies for verified rule violations, withholding $250 USD based solely on unilateral conjecture and misread screenshots without direct proof is improper. Suspicion without evidence does not justify holding worker funds.

As previously stated, I remain 100% open to doing a live Discord screen share with any Sythe moderator to audit my DMs, search history, and friend list to confirm no off-ticket contact ever took place.

It is now clear that my reference to 2 May was a typographical error. I apologize for that mistake.


I did not simply search for posts made by Bill. I reviewed the other provider's completed orders from the date you joined their server onward and was unable to find a single completed order that supported your claim.

The purpose of reviewing those completed orders was to find evidence that could verify your statement. Rather than dismissing your claim outright, I made a genuine effort to find supporting evidence before reaching a conclusion.


Once again, the screenshots I provided have the RSNs redacted because I should not publicly expose other players' or clients' RuneScape names.

I am willing to provide the full, uncensored screenshots privately to a Sythe moderator if requested. This is to protect the privacy of both clients and your account while still allowing the evidence to be verified.

 

I was also referred to the A Guide to Terms of Service (ToS) thread.

After reading it carefully, I would like to point out the following.

Regarding the following section:

"Terms such as "By contacting me you automatically agree to my ToS" and "By opening a ticket you automatically agree to my ToS" are NOT upheld on Sythe."

After reviewing this guidance, I believe Bill's acceptance of our worker Terms of Service may not have been established in a written form that satisfies Sythe's requirements. If that is the case, I acknowledge that this may affect the enforceability of those specific Terms of Service in this dispute.

I am not sure whether the following section of the guide applies to this situation, but I believe it may be relevant.
"You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button to create a ticket."
