MonstaR A Scammer

We agreed that I would buy $12.50 worth of money, then pay another $12.50 for the rest. He claimed he was on his Iphone and couldn't log onto his account. Instead he would let me transfer the money on my own. I payed, and as soon as I did he game me fake login information and logged off instantly. I don't have much proof, and I cant file a report because I sent it as a gift, but here are a couple screenshots I have that might give you a little proof that my story is true.

He made me send as gift and state the following: "I have recieved the goods, therefore I have no reason to chargeback"

Now he is refusing to give me my money. He will not give me what I payed for unless I buy his runescape account with the money, and a bunch of other stats. He even admitted to giving me false login information in the pictures of the emails we exchanged below. Someone please ban him, I never agreed to buying an account!



Also he tried to threaten me by reverse-looking up my IP Address.
(I blacked out my personal information.)

 

Why isnt this guy banned? Come on!

 

He also tried to scam me just now as well as 4 other people who have contacted me... Can someone defintely look into this.

 

I am considering agreeing to his terms, paying $10, and recording him scamming me if that's what it takes.
