My fav memory is f2p pking before all the new weapons and crap.

 

I remember the controversy over Zezima getting a D-Chain from a Dust Devil, and then everyone crowding Dust Devils trying to get the drop. At the time it was worth like 16M.

I also remember wearing Gilded + Robin Set if you were a fucking boss.

 

I remember the vid "you want a box" from tehnoobshow I remember when people crowded the general store I remember the phat dupe glitch and how that dude got a lifetime of membership (he probs quit rs now). But the moment I miss the most is when Durial321 gave me his green phat and I replied to him the scammer gets scammed deleted him on my friends list and logged off. Btw this was on the same day as the falador massacre.

 

I remember sitting for hours on new years/christmas/halloween killing falador knights at the castle :3 trying to get those damn rare drops XD

 

And when runescape was fun.

Exactly; All these people with billions and billions shows you how easy moneymaking is these days.

I loved law running and it was a really good way to runecraft(if you had a lot of pure ess to sustain it) as 91 was the ultimate goal then so you could make 1m+ an hour with double nats, that was very exciting to think of. Now Runecrafting has become almost a joke etc. since all the high levels are just farming effigies for it, also bots really hurt rune prices.

 

d-meds, legends cape, santas were wore while pking, rs2 beta, when the mithril/addy arrows came to f2p i camped white knights till i had a fair share of them and sold them for like 400k

 

Not old school until you have a scythe and/or bunny ears. I'm sick of these noobs with veteran capes calling themselves vets.
