With these 12 month XBL cards are they...

I recently bought one of these cards:

I am looking to sell this to someone from the USA, will it work as I have no idea if its 1 or 2 cards, one being a all in 1 msp and XBL or 2 being 2 seperate cards with XBL on one and msp on the other as I don't want to open it and find out it is one card.

You can't, just get the other person to do it over teamviewer or get them to record themselves redeeming the code on xbox.com.

 

Actually, you can enter a code on your console to see if it works, then cancel the 'redeem' and the code can be verified but not redeemed. ^_^
