some gambling host, are you FUCKING kidding me?

My FUCKING story:
My life is really busy so I only have a little bit of time every day to play rs. So over the course of YEARS I end up making 20 m.
I've won a bunch of large pots from this one guy, so I decide to risk it all (my choice!) with him. I WON THE POT, and the kid logs out!

THEN to make up for my losses I go back on sythe again after a long time only to get scammed AGAIN by someone who supposedly had a good reputation. 57 dollars of my hard earned cash? Dude, I was really nice to you and everything, THANKS a lot.


Ok, my rant is complete. Honestly I don't even see a really good point in typing this, but I have to vent somehow. Cause it's not like I'm going to get my money back irl or rs.

 

Dispute the payment and buy from somebody who actually is trusted. Gambling there was a chance of losing anyways. The outcome isn't too severe, since you were risking it anyways.

 

sorry for your loss but if you have enough proof to get the sythe member banned try posting it here: http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=253 it probably won't get your money back but at least he won't scam anyone else.

I'll be honest, you look like someone who will get banned here soon anyway. Common sense obviously doesn't apply when GAMBLING your money on runescape.

 

PUNKERPUNK13 - I tried to find someone who is trustworthy, but they all insisted that I wasn't trustworthy, so I had to rely on someone else. They appeared to have a "good reputation" but that was obviously bs, as they thought it would be ok to screw me over.

Punjabi3 - This guy appeared to have vouches for him, so I thought it wasn't worth collecting evidence in case he tried to pull something. The only "evidence" I have is the pm I sent him on sythe that he never responded to. So, if some admin wants to investigate who it is, then they can do that, I think at least.

Spraynwipe - Really? I've done nothing wrong to deserve that. Also, there's nothing wrong with gambling. I was scammed, which makes losing my money unethical. If I lost the bet, I would have nothing to complain about.

Anyways dude sorry about your loss. That is why you only bet trusted people like dragon dyce etc.

And as for getting scammed $54 use a middle man or use someone very trusted. I tend to use a middle man for every trade just incase.

This is my point exactly, you see people coming in all the time complaining they got scammed, without having any proof or just throwing slurs around.. I'm sorry if I get the wrong idea of these kind of people, but around here, they generally tend to disappoint :/ So I'm sorry if I offended, but that's the risk you take here and on Runescape, and gambling/trusting randoms with your money at least teaches a lesson in that respect.

Do R2 man, guarantee you won't get scammed. His prices are a little higher than the norm but there's literally a 100 percent guarantee you'll get your stuff.

First of all you never dice with someone that isn't a rank in a very reputable dicing clan... I don't know what other gambling options there are now since dicing is gone but I guess you lost it from there. They let you win small bets to gain your confidence and then when you make a big bet they take your money and run. It's common sense not to trust any random on the streets with your money.
Secondly you should of used a MM if someone has 5 training vouches e.g. "Got me from 5-40 atk." They obviously shouldn't be trusted with more then a few dollars. If someone has 100+ vouches of trades that go over $500+ then you can trust them with $50.
You clearly don't understand what good reputation is.
