Looking for a PHP developer

I currently have a script that has user profiles, a very nice vouch system, and a system where members can create sales (a marketplace).

I would basically like the marketplace turned into a basic forum. I would also like the user profiles to be a bit more in-depth with more customizable fields for users.

Would also be nice if there was a way for myself (the administrator) to create a page for a game, where I can upload a picture, list all of the consoles it's available for, a short description, and users will be able to rate the game, and comment on it. There would also need to be a page where like the top rated games are listed, with a search function to find others.

Anyone willing to do this for hopefully not too much?
