Looking to make some money on the side, while I'm in school, because i cant get a job until next July, doesn't have to be a lot of money, and i don't expect it to be.

Just have some general questions about larger scale botting than just for personal use.

I have 2 computers, combined i can run about 10 bots, will that do me ok? About how much would i be able to farm in say a week, i know there's lots of different farming methods, but if when you reply you can mention afew and their output, that would be great.

Is it that hard to make say.. 150$'s a month doing this?

Will these accounts have to be members to be really profitable?

Would i be better off running a botting SERVICE for people? As i have quite a few auth codes from when i used to play. I have the following Auths:

    Autofighter
    KMiner
    AutoCooker
    Auto WC
    Auto SW
    AutoFletcher
    AutoHunter
    AutoPuroPuro
    AutoAlcher

All of those, except KMiner being from RSBots.

Any tips would be appreciated, looking to get some more money for my first car!

You shouldn't run a botting service, you should bot accounts into common pure types and sell them that way. This is the place for this thread though, I think this more belongs in RS general.

I would not invest into a botting service because unless you are well known and are plentifully vouched its not really worth it in my opinion.

If I were in your position, I would make accounts (sort of like what KeroKeroCola) does and sell them that way. You say you can run up to ten bots, so I'd just make two-three different types of accounts. Possibly, a few zeal pures, skillers, and dungeoneering accounts (just blowing ideas off the top of my head) but that would be the most profitable, in my opinion.

That's what I've been thinking about recently, it seems like the most rational thing to do in my case.

Im aware.. I said all the auths i have are from RSBots, with the exception of Kminer. RSBot might have resell rights to Kminer, and be selling it themselves - but i don't have theirs.

I myself would make my own accounts and bot them and sell them . :)

    Goldfarm, it's more effective.

There are a few ways (which are bottable) that can get you almost 100million p/w on three accounts.

Currently gold is fluctuating and dropping pretty bad so I would suggest not getting into that business. As stated though, building pures and selling them for good prices seems to make a large amount of money.

I would not goldfarm or open a service. It isn't worth it anymore making accounts is a good way to make money though. You could make $150/month doing this but you probably need a lot of trust first to make it big

Well bots are useless, so unless you decide to do this by hand, I think maybe you can stick to making like pures and stuff.

You have little choice now, I would suggest against investing in runescape because with the recent updates the prices of accounts, training services and gold is going to fluctuate greatly.

As previously mentioned, it's not worth it anymore. You would be receiving very minimal profit margins and the gold in this game has almost become a commodity.

You're better off investing in the real markets instead of this virtual one.
