Hello Sythe Staff,

I would like to respectfully submit another request for the removal of the Trade With Caution (TWC) tag from my profile.

I previously appealed this matter and received 4/5 support. Since then, almost a year has passed, and I believe sufficient time has been given to demonstrate that this incident does not reflect my current trading conduct.

The original dispute with Albatraoz101 was related to a Holly Wreath order caused by a temporary website price adjustment. There was no intention to avoid fulfilling the order or to mislead the customer.

At the time, our support team provided the customer with two solutions:

• A gold swap to complete the order, or
• A full BTC refund.

After the gold swap option was not accepted, I personally followed up with the customer to confirm the correct BTC wallet address and network details to ensure the refund was completed safely. The refund was sent in full, and the email communication and BTC transaction proof were provided in the report thread.

The customer suffered no financial loss, and the issue was fully resolved.

Since the original TWC placement, I have continued trading responsibly and maintaining a positive reputation on Sythe. I have had many successful transactions, maintained good communication with customers, and have had no similar issues or reports since this incident.

I fully understand the reason the TWC tag was placed and appreciate the staff’s efforts in protecting the community. This situation also helped improve our internal processes, especially regarding price updates, customer communication, and handling unexpected discrepancies.

Given the amount of time that has passed, the successful resolution of the original dispute, my continued positive trading history, and the fact that there have been no further concerns, I respectfully ask the staff to reconsider and remove the TWC tag from my profile.

Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I appreciate the work the Sythe staff does to maintain a safe trading environment, and I will continue doing my part to provide reliable and trustworthy service to the community.
