High Pardon for Tool (I think its tool?)

I was banned in 2009 for scamming a pin, I regret it and would like to rejoin the community. I will pay for the damage I have caused and if that is not possible I will donate 25$ to the site.

Asking a high pardon. I have no intent on acessing the black market.

 

Like I said in another pardon reply, our policy for permanent bans is hard to break. It takes a lot to get me to want you back, and a few sentences won't do much. You need to convince us why we are significantly worse off with you gone.

 

My last thread was made with a poor effort and I understand that;

Reason for being banned: Scamming a runescape membership pin.

I understand that offering somebody a 'Second Chance' is hard to do, but I feel that I have payed my penalty. The person I scammed was refunded in full privately immediately after I recognized the repercussions of my actions. I acted the way I did in an act of revenge, as I had just been scammed 120$. After I had time to think (and before I was banned) I attempted to contact the seller in a bid to repay what I had scammed. This failed and by the time I was in contact with him it had been a week. My attempted appeals failed and I was left with zero choice but to forgive and forget.

I hope that you understand that I have grown up a lot in the last few years and rash, spontaneous decisions simply won't happen.

Thank you for taking the time and effort in reading this and I hope to have a response from you, the staff, in a reasonable time frame.

 

I appreciate the reply, but I don't feel you've convinced me, personally, to break the rules. Scamming is scamming; we don't want scammers back, period.

 

I understand that you do not want scammers back. I had 20+ vouches totaling over 1000$. And I made the mistake of scamming a 5$ pin.. I would really like another go.
