    As you may know there are steam account sales but not steam item sales. Instead of mmo item sales, i suggest to make a steam item sale section, specifically for steam items as quite a few ppl sell steam items.

    After noticing Lym's post i agree that it be better suggestion of "Steam sales" or "Steam market"

    what is your opinion?

    Fairly certain people do trade items in there already, just rename it to "Steam sales"

    My suggestion is renaming the Steam Account Sales section to:

    Steam: Account, CD-Key & Gift Trades

    With a description:

    Buy, Sell, Exchange Steam Account, CD-Key & Gift Trades and your in-game items.
