Zulrah overlay (no automation)

Hello, i'm new to this forum and i was wondering of someone could help me with an old Openrs plugin.
i'm trying to get the old runelite zulrah helper plugin. just the overlay that shows the phases and the next tile. no automation/ prayer switching.

i've joined a few discords that offerd zulrah helpers, but most of them are automated or require a monthly subscribtion. Is there a tutorial on how to get a old runelite plugin working? and if not, is there another option to get this plugin working? i've seen a few repo's on github that offer the source code. but i don't know how to get it up and running.

i hope someone can help me with this.
