Zondre is a Scammer

This is a post for both me and my friend as we used him as a servicer and both experienced bans from the same guy.

Explanation of the trade: I was paying Zondre for skill & questing services. He did the first job and I paid him after-woods but the account got a temp ban while doing the service. I had a feeling he was using something but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I knew him for a long period of time. He done jobs for me previously without any issues.

Amount scammed: 1x Perm banned account, 1x temp banned account

How they scammed:

After the first job, we agreed on a second job for me and my friend which was me paying after aswell. We agreed on a price of $50. Just to make things clear I just want him banned to protect other people using his services and getting their runescape accounts banned.

He was trying to make excuses and blame me for the ban, I never even played the account during this period because he was servicing. He showed folders full of pictures with level progress but the Hunter pictures were missing and he confirmed that this was complete (screenshot's 1 & 2).

I have a good feeling that he botted Hunter as it is one of the most tedious skills on the job. The first account (Temp ban) got banned while he was doing a mining service for my friend.

I would like to state that both of these accounts were not touched during the service period, I did not do any training myself or questing - Why else would I be paying for a servicer?

To explain, the only account that he payed was refund, he doesn't payed the another account (the blocked one)

 

Neither of us are elegance so you are providing false Information, my discord is Rob#5756 and you know nenads, so that 'proof' is for someone completely different?

I refunded MY money because YOU got a ban while MINING, I do not bot, I pay people like you to do the training for me. So the only one responsible is YOU.

Also, your 'terms and conditions' did not exist when we made business, Do you have proof of me stating I accept them terms? I found out you made a sythe account and don't want people getting banned from your lies.

the people who worked for you got banned and none of them used bots? I have been paying people for services since OSRS came out and I have never experienced a ban from them? Are you that different?

You refunded because you had choice, one of my accounts received a ban from YOU. As stated I have had no issues with other people with bans?

You also got Nenads account PERM BANNED, are you going to refund the cost of training the account? I think not. I have also stated I do not want any form of refund, I believe you should not be training/questing ANYONES account due to the obvious risk of a ban, that even you admitted to with your 'workers'

If your friend did not notify my TOS, the responsibility is yours. You were able to request more information about who would train the account and verify if it was correct or not (don't wait half a year to claim without proof, lol)

I do not disagree with the money back, in fact, I notified your friends without any problem.

You're right, i didnt pay for the blocked one but who in here mentions money? this thread isnt made to get any type of refund. You dont have to mention other people who are not relevant for this thread like Elegance. At the end of the day you got my account perm banned for botting and it was your fault. You can deny all you want but the pictures are the proof. Im a big believer in second chances and thats exactly what i gave you. I forgave you for the temp ban on the previous account and told you to stop whatever script or bot you're using. You said sure, even tho back then you tried to deny that you use anything. Its pure facts, people dont get banned unless they use actual software. This obviously happened a while ago and i got no hard feelings about any account that is perm banned or whatever happened. I just want you off this platform because the same thing that happened to me ( account perm banned ) will happen to someone else because of you. You're right, we've done previous jobs together and everything went well, but maybe even back then you used some type of bot because jagex's system doesnt detect everything. You finally got caught for it after 2-3 jobs and got the first account temp ban and the next one perm ban. This can't be a coincidence unfortunately. As you mentioned above the account needed 2 more mining levels and i didnt go on the account during any period of time while he was servicing the accounts. The picture shows that he CONFIRMED that HUNTER was finished on discord but when you look at the pictures, thats the only thing that he doesnt have a level picture from , so i assume that thats what he used his bot or whatever for. I have nothing else to say, i just want to warn other people about this guy because other people might care more then me about the perm ban of an account. Just to confirm the 2 users in this thread are me (Nenad #0221) and Skillzz (Rob #5756).

No, he needed to do 2 more mining levels and then the account got banned. I never accesed the account so clearly it got banned because of him, what could I bot anyways. I hired him to do the skilling/questing for me . Im not sure why hes mentioning other servicers who are irrelevant to this job.

The account that got banned was not refunded. He didnt even mention refunding once for my account loss. I gave him a second chance after he got the first account temp banned (my friends account), after the account got unbanned he finished that job (which was like 1 hour of work left only). He then worked on my other account and got it perm banned which he never gave me anything for. You need to understand im not here asking for money. I just want this user off sythe because he can get other peoples account banned. After he got my account perm banned i decided to conversate with him which ended in him trying to blame me for him getting my account perm banned. After that he deleted me from discord and it ended there until i saw that he was active on this platform.

Not sure what you're trying to show with those pictures. You didnt talk about any type of agreement, you tried to deny that you use anything while in the end you got 2 accounts temp banned and 1 perm banned, must be a huge coincidence . In the end i lost one of my rs accounts (which i didnt get anything back for) so i hope you get the same punishment and lose your sythe account )

 

You need proof of that, buddy. Until now you only accuse me of insinuating wrong things, as I said before, I have made MULTIPLE accounts to @RussianUmad and @Yellow_Hat_OSRS_Services for over a year. And I've never received a ban, so your accusation is misplaced

 

The proof is you sending a screenshot of the account disabled while YOU were playing it? What other proof do you need? You even said the account got banned while you were playing it?

Stop mentioning other people, theyre not important to this thread, they were not involved in the transactions.

 

These jobs were pay after. I didnt pay anything for the account he got banned, however in the end i lost my account to a perm ban because of him. This was the job and agreed payment however (i didnt pay him yet for the job).
