is it better to have 60 attack or 99 attack on a zerker

 

Of course 99 attack is better
But if you like to brid lower levels stay 60-75 att
I got 99 attack because I like fighting mains that think they can brid

 

I would personally stay at 60.. 99 attack would level you up quite some levels, as aforementioned.

Maybe you could go to 75 attack, though. Godswords always make a nice addition to your arsenal at not as much combat leveling.

firstly, its not a 'file' its an account. i hate the word file. second, it depends on what you want to do with your account, 99 attack makes you more accurate, but when fighting 1 defence [if your a low level pure] you don't need to be that accurate, hence dragon weps or a GS are robe slashers.

Maxing out will almost always give better results, so I would say 99

 

Go for 99, if you don't get it now.. you will get it some other day, plus you get far better hit's/hit rates.
