    Hey guys, so I'm gonna turn my alt into a zerker pure in 07.

    Couple of general questions:

    What quests do I NEED to do to gain my def exp? Bonus appreciation if you can give me a list of required skill levels to complete all quests

    Is there a way to profit + break even alching? I will be making my own Nature Runes. What should I alch?

    Any other need to know things also appreciated. Tried looking this up but only found recent guides + not sure which quests aren't in 07.

    Edit: Found a great guide on a build and quests.

    Still need alching advice. And also any other tips that may be useful while building a Zerker pure.

    Also, should I keep it at 60 attack or what?

    Monkey Madness XP Reward (Choose to prioritize Strength & HP) - 20K XP
    Dragon Slayer - ~18K XP
    Heroes Quest - ~3K XP
    Nature Spirit - 3K XP
    Fremmenik Trials - 2.8K XP

    Optional: Holy Grail - 15.3K XP (and 11K Prayer or so)

    If you're making your own runes, just do Yew/Maple Longbows to profit.

    May as well start at 60 attack, and if you dont like it, progress to 70/75

    Make sure you quest COMPLETELY before training those final levels. You dont want to have to end up with 46 defense or 61 attack because you didnt complete something!

    Alching advice, I recommend not alching.
    If you're making your nats, you'll probably profit a bit. Just alch Yew longs.

    If you don't alch, I suggest superheating. No loss if you choose to do so.

    Superheating breaks even, sometimes profits, no losses.

    On alching, if you make your own nature runes, you'll actually profit. You could give superheating steel bars a try - they make you profit even if you buy the nats yourself.

    it looks like you have received alot of great advice!

    Just stay focused on your goals and don't train defense until you know for sure you have ALL the proper quest done!
