ok, I am currently teaching my friend and my cousin how to play guitar neither is very good my cousin can play living dead beat by children of bodom kinda slow minus the solo and my friend can't play much of anything so i was wondering if you guys could think of some songs with 2 guitarists that has 1 of the guitarist's an easy to moderate part and the other don't really matter because i can play basically anything doesn't really matter what kind of music it is as long as it isn't emo because i refuse to taint my guitar with that trash lol

Well dragonforce has lots of songs where one guitar is really hard and the other pretty much just plays power chords if that helps any. Unfortunatly i can't think of anything else, i just play bass guitar.

yeah i know dragonforce is like that, I curently am having my friend learn some punk stuff so he can learn power chords, my cousin on the other hand already is good with power chords now he needs to do single notes so i'm basically looking for a band with 2 lead guitarists or a rythm guitarist that does a lot that a lead guitarist does and isnt just simple stuff or power chords, but regardless thanks for the idea

Nile is a very good example, maybe a bit too advanced though. Testament is an incredibly good example, check them out.
