Report/post/reason that got you banned: First I was banned for evading a TWC for fake vouches, then I was banned for scamming 250K.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I haven't made a new account in about 3-5 months now? Something like that. I did make a pardon awhile back, but it was declined so thought I'd try again.
