They were both selling the same leveled account within a three week span (see thread titles) + IPs Match.

Banned YawnOn for evasion regarding 360noscope.
Jeffa18 matches with YawnOn and Mystic-T (360noscope was banned for vading this account). Both selling the same level account on the same IP and both sythe accounts were made on the same day. Banned also.
