Xbox360 or Ps2

ok which one is better? xbox360 or Ps2, i know that xbox360 has nice graphics and all that but it costs like $150 more...and i really want guitar hero2 or should i just get a Ps2 and play guitar hero1 and ddr?

 

Firstly why are you comparing the ps2 to the xbox360. Why not PS3?

Guitar hero 2 is available on the ps2 anyways.

When comparing the Xbox360 to the ps2 i would have to say Xbox360 only because the ps2 is like 5 years old.


When comparing the Xbox360 to the ps3 i would have to say Ps3 because it is just better.

 

yes but you could buy 2 xbox 360s with the money it costs for a stock ps3.

Gears of Wars... Halo 2 (3 coming soon)... Rainbow Six:Vegas .. Guitar Hero 2... ect ect.

Ps2 was good.. in the last generation of consoles.. why would you ever invest your money into something that is already out of date.

The ps3 is def. a power house when you look at it's specs, but just look at the games that are out for it at the moment.. Not much of a selection, eh?

Anyways, do as I did.. I was in this same dilemma about a month ago before I bought my 360. I am very pleased with it & have had no second thoughts.

PS2 is the most sucky console in the world i even like GameCube more then PS2 with PS2 you get a loading screen every 10 sec or so... really annoying

 

Okay, Xbox 230. More faster more reliable, more space, bigger processor, and lastly, better graphics. Ps2 on the other hand has more games. Only if Xbox had games it would own every other system! By far. I put all my money on the Xbox360.

xbox 360. ps2 sucks (ps3 is ok). ddr and guitar hero are both available for both systems, and has better graphics on xbox 360.

The ps3 sucks. Worst Playstation release ever, completely unlike the ps1 and ps2's releases.

Why would you ever buy a console for just GH?

I'm still waiting for the ps3 to release some descent games! Err.. what do we have here.. Resistance Fall of Man, Blazing Angels.. ANY other NEW titles? Those are bout the best games for the ps3. Played them both too, they sucked balls compared to Gears of Wars..

I'm sick of seeing shit like... Tony Hawk 8... Does Sony ever get any new ideas!?!?

About 50% of the titles out right now for the ps3 are SPORTS games. Don't get me wrong, Madden is alright.. but where are all of the games Sony promised us?

So, sure the Playstation 3 is beautiful, a power house like I mentioned before and automatically comes with a WOW factor because it was launched after two very successful consoles with the same name. But, I really think it's a dying breed. Unless Sony can actually pump out some bad ass games here within the next year or two (yes it's going to be that long before you see anything descent) then I really think they've over done it this time.
