In my opinion I think he's selling stolen Minecraft Accounts, and common sense would justify my feelings for this.

He's selling 170+ Minecraft accounts and offering to replace them with another account "IF" they are recovered.

I know there's no blatant proof, but there's obviously enough proof here for you to atleast look into it.
