Since i started rs back in 03, with my many pures, and grinded xp many hours at rock crabs, this is my frist time seeing this crap? is he always there? wth?
is he worth anything?

Those things are random, they have vague locations they can be at.....they fly around RS and people catch them.
In other words it's not just there, they're all over the place.

Im pretty sure theyre used for hunter and making dragon throwing knives? im not sure but i think ive heard that before

 

Not those ones, only get ninja and up tbh.

these creatures are from hunter.
you can catch and loot them.
theyre not special or anything.

Anyway, what you are looking at is an Impling. They randomly appear all over runescape and fly around, you can catch them for hunting exp with a butterfly net and a magic box. I wouldn't bother with that one, it won't be worth much. Implings are mainly caught for money.

Lol.. They're for hunter. Though I've never caught one myself, I don't know what they do. I just came back as well and thought the same thing as you! It's nothing interesting really. Just Runescape being Runescape.
