    So I was in Varrock West bank, doing my fletching when suddenly everyone starts going crazy and saying wtf, look at this NPC. He was following some guy but did not attack him.......

    Lol thats nothing weird at all, that is a NPC that comes out for people who are doing Desert Treasure and have the Diamonds on them, he comes out and attacks them randomly. Nothing extraordinary.

    Yeah its from a quest :D nothing to get all excited about.

    Im suprised the people didnt know that especially if it was the guy in the quest cape :p how ironic
