Bro you verify it by pressing verify they charge like 1 dollar onto your bank account or credit card and your suppose to get the number and give it to them it will take 2-3 days for them to charge you. Money now pl0x

I'm havin EXACTLY the same problem.

If you have a bank account, u go into paypal and go to verifie account, then paypal will deposite two small amounts (under one dollar) [its like 2 cents and 7 cents] then once u log back in u go back and type in the two amounts and its verified
