Well I want 99 but I just bought a random number of chin's to see what I can get too, what ever the amount of chins thrown will depend on the payment and what other places could you throw them? that's the only places I know, except sw but that's bad xp because you get killed easy.

Why wouldn't you just buy from the Grand Exchange? Why another account?

 

Wouldnt ghouls be a waste of chin's since it a single combat zone? If you can bot it and still get moderate xp for the chins worth then yeah go for it.
