Looking to possibly purchase a high-level main account, one that has 99+ stats. I recently tried buying an account over Player Auctions, and I was pretty much turned over on that deal. So I'm working past those issues I had a few months ago to try this again hopefully I'm able to find someone legitimately looking to make a real deal.

What I'd like to see in this account. (not deal breakers)
Some starting combat gear. Preferably chaotics if there are better items, awesome!
I love fishing, and probably my favorite costume is the shark costume release a year or two ago. Probably my favorite skill, and I could honestly never get tired of it.
Decent quest completion I'm not huge into questing and Have never really been good at puzzles lol so this would honestly be helpful to me. occasionally I get myself siked enough to do one.
I'd like there to be decent work into the tasking system, but I'm not all to worried about this one.
Anything else is honestly a bonus, but im not all that worried about it. Skilling costumes would be nice for instance, but I know not everyone can throw a bunch of money into an account.

Budget to be discussed I'd prefer to pay cash as I do not have a runescape account accessible to make much in game money atm. Thanks -Tox
