[WTB] Counter-Strike: Source

I want to buy CS:S, I'll accept two kinds of offers:

1. Gift/CD-key: (I prefer this option)
An unused non-region locked gift/CD-key of the game that I can use on my account.

2. Account: (will be used for family sharing, I don't like this option)
I require the account to not be VAC banned, to not have a Steam Support alert (and preferred to not be banned in servers)

I'll be paying through PayPal, will prefer low prices since I don't have too much money.
