Wrongly banned

Hi, so long story short i was selling a Runescape 07 account on the forums, and somebody called timtoshis i think he was called. sent me the money (61usd) i provided all the details ect ect. 2 days later i see a chargeback request in my paypal. But unluckily for him im not silly and i took screenshots of the whole transaction and had further evidence which i provided to paypal. After i won the dispute. He came to the forums and requested me to be banned for scamming 61.00usd. It seems a mod just took his word and banned me without looking into it. Please help me as i don't want to be a "ban evader" it's not fair. Thanks.
