Wrongful Ban...

Hey everyone how's it going? My name is The Phat Big Kid and I was banned today or last night from Sythe for "Scamming." Here is the reason I got banned here: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10255362&postcount=3 for this post. I did steal 30 million gp from an IRL friend back in like 2007 when I was in middle school...I am now in college... I did it because he stole an account from me on Runescape... We have since both made up and I gave him an old Ipod I had worth alot more then 30M and he gave me back my account with a lot better stats on it... I have never scammed anyone, I've been active since April of 2010 and I've never been accused of scamming, and never have scammed anyone nor do I plan on ever scamming anyone...Out of the 25 or so trades I've made most of them have been sucessful with none of them being problems because of me, most likely it was me getting scammed not the other way around. So if I could please get unbanned I'd appreciate it, any problem between me and my friend were resolved almost 3 years ago ... Thank you

 

Yes but the fact is you scammed.

 

Sorry I don't know how to respond without registering a new account... I am not sure if you can respond as a guest on a thread when you make it... I am not denying what I did was considered scamming but A. It was over 4 years ago, I was 13 or 14 years old and in Middle School, I'm now in my freshmen year of College... B. I appoligized to my friend and I even gave him my old ipod video worth a lot more then the GP I scammed when I got a new one which he appreciated very much, and he gave me back my account that he scammed from me... The problem has been solved, done and over with for YEARS, this is the first time it's ever been brought up since it happened back in 06 or 07 ...my friend doesn't even play Runescape anymore he hasn't since that summer he said it was boring and sucked... What I did was wrong, and that is why I fixed the problem, I was sorry and fixed it...I scammed but I also gave my friend something back in return for the gold I took from him like a month later... If I could take back what I did, I would, but I can't so I did the next best thing and I made up for it...I haven't done anything since... it was a learning experience I didn't wanna lose a friend over a game and didn't...I don't think it's fair to make me pay for something I resolved myself and happened years and years ago... That would be like walking into a store and getting arrested for candy that I stole when I was 10, when I already paid the store back and appoligized... That would never happen... So can I please get unbanned from Sythe? If I still thought of it as scamming I would of never posted about it in a thread... I scammed and then desided what I did was wrong and fixed that wrong... so I don't see a point in making me pay for it almost 4 years later ...

 

The fact is is that we cannot allow someone who has previously scammed and got away with it to continue trading on this site, you are a risk to traders.
