writing scripts help

i used to use scar a lot more than i do now, but since all the scripts i have must be old or crappy anti ban, i got banned. I know scar is written in python and i want to start writing basic scripts myself. where do i start? any helpful links?

p.s. i dont mean basic as in opens rs bank account and drops logs. i mean basic like opens up the start menu or something, i need to start at the bottom and actually learn this stuff.

BTW, SCAR is written in delphi, and is scripted in a mixture of delphi and pascal
