I posted this in the "want to try WoW" thread, I saw people answering questions and thought it'd be a good place, but then I saw the help thread so I'm gonna post here too.

I bought this from Walmart the other day right? And my friend wanted to try the free trial version that my WoW came with(two free trial card things). It said to lend him my WoW disc and I tried getting it on his computer. The CD wouldn't load one bit. It wouldn't appear in the my computer CD drive or anything. And it works fine on mine.

His comp loaded age of empires mythology's just fine; so I've got no clue what it could be, other than that his computer doesn't have internet right now. And he wont have internet for a couple weeks. Does anyone know if thats the problem? or what?
It works fine on my computer, but not at all on his. His comp much newer than mine too, faster, more memory, etc. Help?

 

Well if it wont install on his computer, then i have no idea.

If you have the disk's installed, then it will start to update, since they're are patches.

Personally, i would take this to technical support on here, or on www.worldofwarcraft.com

 

I am so poor in WoW, I don't even have 1 copper coin...I need 10 copper coins. (How do I get just a few coins?)

You can kill things for copper.

You have to be a skinner to skin things.
