    Would this be allowed?
    I have a startup idea, but part of my research requires contacting all colleges, 6th forms, and Universities in the UK.

    I would like to outsource the task of gathering all of the contact data for each institution, including email address and phone number.

    Am I allowed to pay somebody/or group within the sythe.org marketplace to gather this data for me?

    The information such as email addresses and phone numbers should all be public information for those institutions so I do not see any reason why this would be a problem.
