world changer

i have been told there is a way to make a rs world changer in vb2005 but i cant think of a way and cant find anything of use anywere else so if anyone knows of someplace i can find some sort of guide (or something) plz tell me

 

I believe you need to look into a world parser and then look into writing that into a data grid or something. I'm having troubles trying to do so. Hopefully, you might have more luck.

It has a world generator I made programmed into it and my StealRS feature it should show you how to load up worlds atleast.
