    Workout regimes

    Any of you guys workout/exercise regularly? What's your plan?

    Workout regimes

    I do pushups and all the shit like once a week, and I run every two days, ~7.5-10Km each time atm. Training for the marathon of new york.

    I do 40-60 minutes on a bike, 3 times a week. Not much of a weights man!

    Sorta. Looking at getting into some sort of regular exercise and curious as to what others around here do.

    Haha well first you have to eat more!
    Im getting back into rugby this year so ill probably end up going to the gym some time during the week.
