Hello, I'm writing on behalf of @ABRA,

MinerSpark (Discord name: Caleb But Gay), the person who reported Abra on OSbot, is not a worker of Abra's WorkShop and never was. It is true that MinerSpark applied in the past, but Abra didn't accept him (we hired a bunch of different, more suitable workers and are still reviewing and hiring competent people).

Because Abra knew that MinerSpark was interested in RS services, he simply approached MinerSpark, if he would like to complete the 70-99 agility order (Abra essentially outsourced an order with customer's consent, of course).

MinerSpark was offered 300m to do 70-99 agility + 100m for streaming it to Abra, so Abra could monitor the account training.

Now, Abra has a public price check bot, so after a few hours MinerSpark decided to price check the order himself which resulted in him not being happy with the payment he originally agreed upon.
Abra refused to pay him more and MinerSpark had a brilliant idea to report Abra on OSbot.
OSbot moderator closed the report in MinerSpark's favor, because Abra was too angry to properly explain that MinerSpark agreed to do the job for 400m.

tl;dr - MinerSpark agreed to do the job for 400m and that's that.
