Won't load

Hi guys

I currently have a problem loading runescape, it always gets stuck on 5%(6) (since 4th July) but now its been loading but always going backwards then back up and refuses to load. I have tried this on all computers and laptops (some have never run runescape before so there is no cache of it on them) in my house. My internet connection is fine as it can load everything else. Oh and i can load and play oldschool, just not live.

Is your java updated? Have you tried other browsers?

 

Try other browsers or download Swiftkit?
Update java or check java settings.

Hope that after that will work.

 

Try using the downloadable client.

 

This happened to me, I used the downloadable client for a while, and then webclient worked again after some time. A method I've read about is downgrade java to an older version and play for a few days, then update it again.
