Woah its ally scammer

As you can see, he's selling a modded xbox controller. Me, plus numerous other people on the thread saw the same controller on google images on the 3rd or 4th page by typing "modded xbox 360 controller" Here's the image we found

On that thread, someone also said that woah its ally scammed him before, but when he told a person in authority, they said there wasn't enough evidence.

So i think the proper action to take is a ban.
