Wizard - possible ban evader?

Why you think they are ban evading:
While I didn't deal personally deal with Wizard, one user in this thread claims that Wizard's PayPal e-mail and name were [email protected] and Austin Stambaugh, respectively. This matches up with the information provided by another user in this Report a Scammer thread. I'm not completely positive about whether or not Wizard is Hunter, but I thought I might as well make this thread anyway.
