    It's a virus mate.

Reboot your computer on safe mode (you press f8 to enter the options screen for safe mode).

Then right click on your Malware Bytes and "run as administrator", it should open up. Do a quick scan, it should get rid of the virus.

Reboot normally, open up Malware Bytes again, with internet access and "update it to the latest definition", and then scan again and it should get rid of ALL viruses and clean your computer again.

ps. I had this problem like 2 days ago on a friends comp.

edit: Make sure after all that's done, you get a proper anti-virus like AVG.

Wow.. I literally just got that rid of that like an hour ago.

If like me all the guides on the net won't work because it'll pop up in safe mode and will disable your items in safe mode, and you can't restore because it's fucked that up as well.

There is a serial on the internet (I'll look for it for ya) which you need to enter and it will stop it attacking you when ever you want to open anything, then you'll be able to open up Avast or w/e you use and hopefully get rid of it.

What make is your laptop? Usually most laptops have an in-built factor reset system, which is very easy to do.
